Elevate Credit Union is asking all members to take extra care when responding to unexpected messages, calls, online forms or requests relating to their accounts.
Please protect yourself:
- Do not click links or open attachments in unexpected emails or text messages.
- Never disclose your PIN, password, one-time passcode or full security details to anyone.
- Be cautious if you are asked to create a new payee, transfer funds or act urgently.
- Contact the credit union using its official telephone number if a request appears unusual or unexpected.
