∙ If your existing member number is 4 digits (e.g., 1234), your new member number is 201234.
∙ If your existing member number is 5 digits (e.g., 12345), your new number will be 212345.

But don't worry - accessing your account is as easy as ever! Your existing PIN, along with your NEW member number, will grant you access to your account via the Douglas Credit Union app and website at www.douglascu.ie
